So apart from a ‘brief sabbatical’, I’ve been with the business for 26 years starting with Lonsdale Travel, and have since worked across a variety of areas including Operations, Account Management, Sales and Sports Travel. It’s fair to say, I’m very passionate about the business travel sector and the solutions we provide to customers. I’m also a big advocate of what the industry stands for, so enjoy working with various trade bodies such as ITM, BTA and anything customer facing with regards to travel.

I’ve been with Agiito through most of its journey over the past 30 years, holding a number of positions with Lonsdale Travel and Capita Travel and Events across Operations, Account Management, Customer Solutions and recently leading our Business Development and Bid teams before joining the Exec team as COO.

As a keen coder and self-confessed tech-geek, I have always been interested in software and technology. I joined Agiito some six and a half years ago and quickly developed a passion for the technology that underpins our industry. As Agiito’s CTO, I head up the team responsible for delivering our award-winning self-built meetings booking tool, Meetingspro and self-built mobile booking and itinerary app, Agiito Connect.
