Nick has over 20 years’ experience in corporate travel management, airlines, account management and consultative services. He also successfully launched his own Travel Management Company prior to joining QBT.

Donna Farrell

Head of Online and Business Services

Donna has spent 20 years at QBT working across various departments. She currently leads an exceptional team of online and business analysts, who manage everything from the Online Booking Tool to Reporting solution. A huge part of their job is to find, develop and implement new cutting edge technology and processes.

Steve Tyler

Head of Operations

Steve is a veteran of the travel industry, having worked across retail, wholesale and corporate travel. He is responsible for managing the Operations teams across Australia, focusing always on fast, accurate and most importantly, friendly service to all clients.
