Our front and back office systems give all members of the team real-time access to the correct information and enable us to respond with the required travel options as quickly as possible. Since September 2022, I am responsible for Sales and Account Management at e-Business Travel. I have a long tracking record in the travel industry in many different roles. This experience comes in very handy in this branch with so many facets. My job is very diverse and that’s what I love about it. On the account management part I advise and support our customers, give them travel industry updates, arrange management reports, advise on carbon offset, travel policy, online booking tools, contracts, etc.. On the sales part I use my knowledge to convince a prospect to chose for e-Business Travel and take care of the implementation. One of the best parts of my job is the fact that I meet a lot of people and visit a lot of different companies. We have a lot of great, inventive companies in The Netherlands and I’m proud of the Dutch commercial spirit. I love to travel myself as well. In this industry that goes without saying.
