An integral part of our services, the visa department is managed by 3 Visa Officers whom have been with the Company for 29 years.

Particular attention is paid to the requirement of the visa at the destination or transit and the travellers are advised accordingly.

Our travel consultants work closely with our visa and dispatch team to ensure all visa documents are handled with care, from collection to return after visa application, providing travellers with complete peace of mind.

Operations Manager

Karen has been with the company for more than 20 years.  She brings a wealth of knowledge and resources to the table and she always has a solution for everything.  She is very passionate and professional about her job.

Besides managing the day to day operations, she is involved in the preferred supplier relationships including quarterly annual business reviews and all performance metrics.  She is able to identify problems or inconsistencies in the programme and develop appropriate recommendations for resolution.

She is armed with unparalleled customer service skills, a positive mindset, expert corporate travel industry know-how and connections, mental agility and has tremendous high tolerance level under stress.  Karen is also the training manager for all new recruits and conducts bi-monthly fare training to the operations staff.

Vivien Khoo

Operations Manager

Vivien has been working with the Company for more than 15 years.  She assists Karen on the day to day operation, forms strong partnerships across the organisation and provides comprehensive and timely communication to travellers and travel arrangers on changes to travel fulfillment and operational processes.

She manages the corporate contracts for hotels, car rentals, and other travel providers on behalf of the clients. She regularly provides guidance to employees about travel requirements including visa, medical, and special conditions.

In addition, she is the Concur and Cytric online booking tool (OBT) expert, knows the system in and out and can make necessary changes/updates as needed.
